AO DEFLECTORS

AO deflectors produce a change in first-order spot position in response to a change in the frequency of the input RF signal. These AO deflectors allow full electronic control of spot position, with no moving parts, for linear scan and random access. With certain limitations, two AO deflectors may be mounted orthogonally to provide XY (dual-axis) capability.
